Jacqueline Alvarado

Alvarado has an MBA in Judiciary System and Anti Discriminatory Process and a Bachelor degree in Judiciary System and Criminal Justice from the University of the Sacred Heart Puerto Rico. Alvarado has more than twenty years experience in management, supervising, investigating, training, and coaching personnel in government housing development, social benefit programs, case management, and fiscal administration. She has worked with both the government and private sector for low income families.
